Julia Bryan was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. She has an in-depth understanding of neighborhoods, developing trends, cutting-edge marketing techniques and negotiation strategies. Julia graduated from Greater Atlanta Christian School and then went on to attend and graduate from Georgia State University, where she was involved with her school and was a member of Phi Mu Fraternity. During her time there, she volunteered in the community and worked with Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in public relations and economics. With her public relations education, Julia has become an expert in social media and the latest technologies, giving her an advantage in advertising and marketing properties. With her background in economics, she forecasts trends that could impact the market, is knowledgeable about the best prices in any given area and is an expert negotiator.
When Julia is not selling real estate, she takes every opportunity to travel. She can also be found on her Peloton, playing tennis, with her fiancé and friends exploring new hot spots around the city and cheering on her favorite Atlanta sports teams. As an Atlanta native, she has lived everywhere from the northern suburbs, Inman Park, Old Fourth Ward and Buckhead, and now resides in Brookhaven.
