The Metro Atlanta market, across all price points, has 15% more homes for sale as it did this time last year. Closed sales over the most recent quarter are down slightly, but new sales being written are up 4.1%. The statistic that shows the most positive movement is the average sales price across the region, which is up by 4.8% compared with this time last year.
