DEVELOPERS South Tech Homes, LLC was formed in 2011 and is an Atlanta based developer that focuses their entire business model on providing high quality homes at attractive prices. The principles of the company, all local residents, have 50 years combined experience and have developed numerous single family and townhome developments. Milholland Enterprises, LLC has partnered with South Tech Homes, LLC as the onsite builder for Parkside at Silos Lloyd Milholland, one of the two founding members of the firm, began his building and development career in 1967.
