Hi, I’m Ryan. I am a native New Yorker and lover of all things real estate, sports, investing and cryptocurrencies. I am also a proud husband and was recently promoted to the title of Girl Dad!

I studied management at the University of Hartford in Connecticut, but, like most people, I had no clue what I wanted to do in life. I’d often find myself driving through neighborhoods on weekends just looking at homes. Little did I know this was going to become a favorite pastime and set me on my eventual career path.

Inching closer to the real estate field, I started working as a leasing consultant with luxury new construction rental buildings, which required me to get licensed. From there, I started managing a portfolio of condo associations, residential rentals and single-family homes. My managerial side finally gave way to my entrepreneurial nature once I represented myself buying my first home and knew I had found my true passion. The entire process was so fascinating, and I was hooked.

Growing tired of the winters up north, I began exploring options for making a move down south. Ever since I was a kid, I had always wanted to be on TV, so what better way to make a move than to couple it with filming a TV show. After a few Craigslist casting ads and some Skype auditions, I was cast on FYI Networks ‘My City’s Just Not That Into Me.’ The show was about people looking to ‘break up’ with their current city and find a new one based on a personality test. The filming brought me to Tampa and Atlanta, and two weeks later, I moved to Atlanta after loving everything it had to offer.

It is my goal when working with clients to make the entire process of buying or selling a home as stress-free as possible while keeping the fun involved. Trust and integrity are of the utmost importance to me, and I am not afraid to tell you to walk away from buying a home or passing on an offer you’ve received if I think there are better options to be found. With an industry going through technological shifts, I stay ahead of the curve and educate my clients so they can feel confident making some of life’s biggest decisions.

I have helped over 150 families buy and sell homes, including lofts, townhouses, land, new construction, investment properties, single-family homes and multi-family units. I am a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, but no deal is too small for me. Every client I work with can expect the same level of service regardless of price point. I love what I do and am thankful to continue meeting new people and helping them achieve their goals.
