MICHAEL REDWINEMichael is a lifetime member of the Atlanta Board of REALTORS® Top Producers and was the recipient of the Phoenix Award in 2019 for 10 years of sales in the top five percent of Atlanta REALTORS®. Licensed in both Georgia and North Carolina, Michael is a Broker Associate with Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's International Realty and Highlands Sotheby's International Realty in Highlands, North Carolina. Michael has extensive experience selling and marketing modern, unique and historically significant homes and estates in both Atlanta and Madison, Georgia.
Operating as a team with Jeffrey Hagy, The Michael Redwine Group has been instrumental in assisting the Madison-Morgan Conservancy and the Georgia Trust in marketing historic homes to preservation-minded buyers. The group also represents several custom homebuilders active in Atlanta and Decatur.
Michael serves on the Board of Directors of the Madison-Morgan Conservancy in Madison, Georgia and is an active member of the Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation. Prior to his real estate career, Michael was Director of Retail Operations for Hard Rock Café International and also owned a retail operation with locations in Orlando, Florida, Winter Park, Florida and East Hampton, New York, where his family resides. He and partner Jeffrey Hagy maintain homes in Madison, Georgia and Cashiers, North Carolina. Michael's passions include historic preservation, architecture, gardening and southern history.
JEFFREY HAGY
Jeffrey holds a B.A. in urban planning from Hunter College in New York City, where he cultivated his love of historic architecture and considerable architectural knowledge with the NYC Landmarks Preservation Commission. Following his tenure with Landmarks, Jeffrey earned his J.D. at Georgia State University College of Law in Atlanta, with a concentration in Land Use and Environmental Law and Property Law.
A resident of Macon's historic Shirley Hills, Jeffrey is active with the Historic Macon Foundation and the Shirley Hills Neighborhood Association and serves on the Board of Directors for the Hay House, 'Macon's Palace of the South.' Jeffrey is also a member of the Madison-Morgan Conservancy, the Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation and Christ Church in Macon, where he leads the Welcoming and Nurturing Committee.
Over his real estate career, Jeffrey has brokered transactions from sunny Florida to the mountains of western North Carolina. Wherever the location, Jeffrey always leverages his considerable knowledge of local real estate markets, strong community ties and well-honed negotiation skills to deliver a level of service, professionalism and results in excess of his clients' expectations. In his spare time, Jeffrey enjoys travel, especially road trips - and photography, spending time with his dogs and collecting vintage automobiles.
