As a trusted real estate advisor, Tim Johnson provides an elevated level of service for everyone, from first-time homebuyers to seasoned multimillion-dollar homeowners. With nearly two decades in marketing, Tim brings a wealth of experience driving results through strategic and innovative marketing and inspiring cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals. He has held various marketing leadership positions throughout his career, spanning brand management, portfolio strategy, customer experience and product development. Before entering residential real estate, Tim held leadership roles at Marriott International, IHG Hotels & Resorts and ECI Group.

In addition to his marketing experience, Tim has a keen eye for architecture, design and quality construction and is knowledgeable about the most alluring and enticing neighborhoods around Atlanta.

Tim studied mass communications at Middle Tennessee State University and completed multiple executive education programs at Cornell University, enhancing his expertise in marketing, negotiation, team building and leadership. A gifted negotiator with a reputation for clear and empathetic communication, emotional intelligence and the ability to read a room, he is someone clients trust with their most valued assets.

When not working with clients, Tim enjoys traveling, outdoor activities and spending time with his husband, Brad, and their two dogs, Hugo and Otis, at their home in the coveted ‘old Buckhead’ neighborhood of Arden-Habersham. They are enthusiastic supporters of numerous philanthropic initiatives and community organizations, including Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, the Chastain Park Conservancy and the Chastain Horse Park.
