VANTAGE PARTNERS Warren Mongillo has been a licensed general contractor and residential developer for more than 25 years. Upon graduation from Florida Technological University, Warren started his career at the Arvida Corporation, at that time Florida’s largest land developer. After project managing Boca West, and several high-rise condo projects for Turner and Frank J. Rooney, Warren relocated to New York to start his own commercial and residential construction company. After enjoying financial success in New York, revitalizing apartment complexes throughout the city, Warren and his family relocated to Atlanta to concentrate on the high-end residential market. In 2005, he was introduced to Steve Tingas, a residential land developer. Through their creative, collaborative efforts, several communities and exclusive homes were developed, built and sold throughout the Atlanta area. Steve Tingas spent his early years in Charlotte and Raleigh, North Carolina, Athens, Greece, Hampton, Virginia and Los Angeles, California. After earning B.S. and M.S. degrees in Aerospace Engineering from North Carolina State University, he moved to the Atlanta area to pursue a career with Lockheed Aircraft. After eight years in the industry, Tingas left Lockheed to pursue a career in the mergers and acquisitions business. In the seven years that followed, Tingas built and operated the largest mid-market mergers and acquisitions firm in Atlanta, Chase Business Services. Following the sale of Chase in 1998, Tingas owned and operated various companies in the printing, software, food, medical, and weight loss industries. In 2000, Tingas entered the real estate industry as a developer and builder of detached residential and attached office condominium subdivisions in Georgia and Tennessee. He has substantial experience in assemblage, zoning, entitlement and engineering of various types of development real estate. He is an experienced midmarket builder and is a licensed real estate broker in Georgia.
