Last year, 500 residents joined us for this fun-filled three-hour event. This year, we will be hand-delivering invites to all 2,500 households, so we expect an even bigger turnout. Get your business noticed on this marketing piece. See below for more information on how you can maximize this event.
Join the first impression with our exclusive Doggie Bags! We will distribute 100 bags to the first 100 families, filled with branded merchandise, dog-related products or samples and promotional materials. Last year’s items ranged from plush toys and food samples to bandanas and trash bags. Contributions are required by October 10, and we will handle the pickup. Contributing to the Doggie Bags is required for all onsite vendors per Windward sponsorship guidelines. Cost: Your branded dog-related swag or business promotion.
Set up shop at one of our 10-15 vendor booths! A table and tent are provided for displays, raffle items, games, prizes or simply showcasing your services. This is a prime opportunity to engage directly with the community.
Cost: $100 per booth, plus contribution to the Doggie Bags.
Get your brand in front of thousands! This package includes printed logos in the Breeze publication one month before the event (reaching up to 10,000 residents), two Windward eblasts to the community and posts on the private Windward social media page with 2,000 members. This level also includes Doggie Bag contributions and a vendor booth.
Cost: $300, with $50 going to Angels Among Us
Step into the spotlight with our premium package! Have your logo featured on the step-and-repeat photo backdrop, the prime spot for resident photos. Additionally, be one of three vendors with a sizable logo and promotion on a full-page flyer delivered to 2,500 households. This package includes an eblast to Wendy’s community of 1,000 people and all marketing mentioned in other areas above.
Cost: $500, with $100 going to Angels Among Us
