The partly concentrated liquid is trans- ferred to the effect in front. Here the evaporation takes place under similar conditions as described above, and the vapours are passed to the next effect and utilized as heat source. The concentrated liquid, which is auto- maticlly controlled by a viscosity regulator, is discharged from the first effect.
