All Galt’s Gulch student/young adult attendees (ages 18 to 30) will be selected from the application link at the end of this document. Unless otherwise requested, this application will also serve as your lodging/travel scholarship application.
U.S. scholarship applicants will receive the following:
● Meals & refreshments during the event.
● Lodging: check-in Thursday, June 5th, and check-out Sunday, June 8th. (All students & young adults who accept lodging will have one same-sex roommate. Roommate requests may be considered if possible.)
● A travel reimbursement of up to $350 will be granted for applications received from January 2nd through May 1st or a $250 reimbursement will be offered for those applications received from May 2nd through May 31st .
** Scholarships are awarded on a rolling basis. The application window will close when ALL available spots are filled.
While each application is reviewed on a first-come, first-serve basis, special consideration may be based on several factors, including:
● Degree of care to which the application is completed. Please carefully review each question and answer in as much detail as possible. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
● Previous attendance and active participation at Atlas Society events, including but not limited to Morals & Markets seminars, Clubhouse & X Spaces, and previous Galt’s Gulch conferences. (recommended, but not required)
● Knowledge level of Objectivism and Ayn Rand's literature. (recommended, but not required; we accept applicants with varying familiarity of either/both)
● Recommendation from a trusted partner organization or institution in the liberty movement.
Acceptance Process:
If you are selected to attend Galt’s Gulch, a team member will email you with instructions to secure your registration. You must pay a reservation fee of $50.00 for students (ages 18–25) and $100 for young adults (ages 25–30). This reservation fee covers your access to all programming.

If you are offered a spot at the conference, you must process this reservation fee within 21 days, or the offer, including your scholarship, will be rescinded.
Please allow 5–7 business days after submitting your application for us to process and follow up with you.
Reimbursement Process:
If selected for a scholarship, you will be responsible for paying your travel expenses up front. You will be reimbursed AFTER the event concludes and under the following conditions:
● You share your full travel itinerary and provide all receipts for your travel expenses.
● You purchase travel insurance to cover personal liability and injury for your trip. (We will reimburse this as a part of your scholarship. Please see the links at the bottom of the page for more detailed information on travel insurance.)
● You miss no more than TWO SESSIONS during the conference. **Badges will be scanned for entry into each session**
● You have signed and do not violate any stipulations of the Code of Conduct & Liability form (sent to each attendee following registration fee payment).
Eligible Reimbursements (reimbursement not to exceed the offered scholarship amount):
● Airfare costs
● One checked bag charge
● Public transportation, Uber, Lyft, or taxi fares to and from the Galt’s Gulch conference venue and the airport
● Travel insurance
Important Reimbursement Stipulations:
● You will be responsible for any travel expenses in excess of your approved scholarship amount
● The Atlas Society does not reimburse for non-conference-included meals (including room service charges), valet fees for rental cars, or airline seat assignment and/or upgrades.
