How I Work With Your Clients
To Begin:
• -First and Last Name (and spouse/significant other)
• -Date of Birth (and spouse/significant other)
• -Your current address and how long you have lived there -If less than 1 year, provide your previous address
• -Address of the property -Occupation(s)
• -Closing date
• -Year Built? -Is there be a mortgage involved? Escrowed?
• -What is the age of the roof? What is the material?
•
-Square Footage? -How recently were electrical/plumbing/heating/HVAC updated?
•
-What is the composition of the exterior siding? (Brick front, wood siding/back, etc)
•
-Is there a basement? If so, how much is finished (25%? 50%? Etc.)
• -Any of the following on the property – swimming pools, hot tubs, trampoline?
• -Any dogs in your household? If so, what breed?
• -Do you have any valuables (jewelry, silverware, artwork, wine, etc.) we should look at listing to ensure they are fully covered? What is the value per item and description of each? (Ex. Wedding Ring - $5,000)
• - will you have an alarm system that is monitored by a third party (ex. Brinks, ADT, etc.)? Fire? Burglary? Or Both? -Best contact number for you
