RaSiKe cinema seating and acoustic design has seen some changes since its inception more than 10 years ago. From the recessions in 2008 to the COVID-19 recession in 2020 and ongoing after-effects, RaSiKe has always planned and adapted to deal with these situations. The disruption of global logistics due to the pandemic has impacted us all ,and the way forward is planning and organisation. Building and installing a home cinema usually takes three months or more, therefore we try to get involved with our dealers from the start. After all, picture, sound and seats are the most important aspects of a home cinema. Being involved in the design process with our dealers allows us to plan and ensure we deliver the seats and/or acoustics on time. Today we can guarantee a delivery week when seats are ordered making planning for our dealers easier and communication and expectation of their clients realistic.

WHAT’S NEW?

The latest trend in home cinema seating is fabric, fabric and more fabrics. Today, nearly all of our seats are made in fabric. This is why we offer a wide range of fabrics, from our own collection to designer fabrics like Alcantara. For 2023 we will add some more fabrics to keep up with the current trends. RaSiKe allows you to design a home cinema using our acoustic wall fabrics - which match the seats. Our 3D rendering service will use our acoustic solutions and seats to offer our dealers with a realistic picture of how the cinema will look like. We believe comfort is the most important aspect of a home cinema seat. Whether you decide to install traditional cinema seats (like our Siena, Amalfi or Milan) or our more ‘sofa type’ Matiz, the seating comfort is the same. A premium 55kg foam ensures comfort and support for years to come. Even our Savona sofa, which is a very soft seating sofa, features our 55kg foam covered with foam flakes to give that extra cosy feeling. Today, we see that daybeds, sofa type configurations and the combination of traditional seats (Mila, Siena, Amalfi) at the back with a sofa setup (Matiz, Savona) in front is the preferred seating configuration these days. Our seats are modular and can be configured as desired. Our Matiz can be a row configuration with arms in between each seat, or a sofa with daybeds and seats without any armrests in between, the choice is yours.
