The front desk will notify you by email if any envelopes, packages or brochures have been delivered or dropped off for you at the office. ❑ BUSINESS CARDS Your office manager will order your first set of business cards. You will receive 250 complimentary cards. A proof will be provided to you. Once you approve the proof, the turnaround time is 7-10 business days. If you need to order additional business cards, please email the business card order form to marketing@atproperties.com.

PHOTOS

We require professional headshots for the website, announcement cards, postcards and all other marketing materials. A headshot is required in order for you to appear on the website. Visit the intranet for recommended photographers at marketing / headshot photographers. Email photo to marketing@ atproperties.com.

BIO/PROFILE NOTE: BIO & PROFILE REQUIRED TO BE ON ATPROPERTIES.COM

Your bio will be posted on the atproperties.com website and on all Restaurant Guide orders. Please login to the intranet to update your online bio and check to make your bio visible on the @ properties site. A bio is required in order for you to appear on the website. When writing your bio, please include the following: • Name • How long have you lived in your area

EMAIL DATABASE

Your new broker e-nouncement which includes your photo and contact information, the monthly e-newsletter and your listing e-nouncements are sent to your database of email addresses. Your email database is accessible through your intranet account login. To learn how to use the e-campaign tool, sign up for a seminar at atpropertiestraining.com. An e-nouncement will not be distributed without the bio, headshot and MLS number. Please email both your bio and headshot to marketing@ atproperties.com for your e-nouncement. You will be notified when proof is ready to proof, approve, and send to your sphere. YOUR ATPROPERTIES.COM EMAIL

Your @ email will be set up after you complete all the required paperwork with your office manager. Please refer to the email instructions on how to access your email on page 7. Email ithelp@ atproperties.com to set up your laptop for the @ wireless network and phone/tablet.

Your office manager will provide you with a voicemail extension and instructions if you would like an extension at the office. If you don’t have an extension, then the caller is given your cell phone number.

@gives back Community Fund was created out of the desire to give back to Chicago and to help support the city that has allowed our company to grow and prosper during even the most challenging of economic times.

MAKING AN IMPACT

@properties was pleased to announce that through our charitable arm @gives back, we raised $110,000 in 2015 for Noah’s Arc Foundation; an organization that helps fund arts and sports programs for at-risk youth in Chicago. In 2016, we partnered with Duncan Keith from the Chicago Blackhawks, to benefit the Keith Relief Charity.
