JOHN GAULT Having been a REALTOR since 2005, John has helped clients with a multitude of transactions, from $30,000 Short Sales to $3,000,000 luxury estates. John began practicing real estate for personal investment, but his passion for the business quickly grew into selling homes for his personal and professional network. ALEXIA KOUKLOWSKY Alexia was born in France and came to Chicago when she was 7 years old. She has since stayed in Chicago and knows Chicago like the back of her hand. In addition to being fluent in English, Alexia is fluent in French and Ukrainian. Alexia graduated from University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana in 1999 with a BS in Pre-Med Psychology and a BA in French Literature. After college, Alexia had a variety of jobs but its not until she got into real estate in 2004 that she found her calling of helping people find their dream homes. Alexia began in real estate, leasing residential properties on the north side of Chicago. In 2010, Alexia received her managing broker’s license and started a Chicago based residential leasing company. In 2014, Alexia sold her company and continued to push herself by selling homes. Alexia joined @Properties in 2016 when she joined the Mark Keppy team. In 2016, Alexia moved to Forest Park, where she started developing a passion for helping buyers and sellers in the Forest Park and Oak Park area, while still assisting her Chicago clientele. When Alexia isn’t working, she keeps busy singing in several Ukrainian choirs, as well as staying fit with regular Zumba classes. When it’s warm out, Alexia loves doing anything out on the lakefront, whether it is running, biking or just sunbathing on Chicago’s beautiful beaches. Alexia’s hard work and dedication to her profession has won her high praise and dedication from her clients.
