Ace Hardware Customers Round Up for Change

During the month of April, Ace Hardware associates encouraged customers to round up their purchases to “Change Kids’ Health, Change the Future” at 170 Children's Miracle Network Hospitals across the country. Locally, Blackhawk Hardware and Ace Hardware Indian Trail participated in the campaign for Atrium Health Levine Children's Hospital. Generous store associates, advocates like CMN Champion Sarah (pictured), and customers helped raise over $5,200.

Publix Celebrates Three Decades of Partnership

For 30 years, Publix has partnered with Children's Miracle Network Hospitals to raise funds to ensure UPWARD every child receives the care they need, no matter life’s circumstances. During the supermarket chain’s latest campaign held in June, Charlotte-area stores collected donations of $1, $3, and $5 for Levine Children’s Hospital in exchange for coupons for leading vendor products. Thanks to the generosity of store associates and customers, local Publix Super Markets raised more than $66,000.

College Students Show Off Their Moves for Levine Children’s Hospital

Every year, students across the country become change makers for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals by hosting dance marathons. Locally, two campuses continue to participate in the studentled philanthropic initiative on behalf of Levine Children’s Hospital. This spring, Davidson College’s “Cats for a Cause” and UNC Charlotte’s “Ninerthon” collectively raised over $40,000.
