Those local groups are the Greater Brockport Chamber of Commerce, the Greater Churchville-Riga Chamber of Commerce, the Gates-Chili Chamber of Commerce, the Hilton-Parma-Hamlin Chamber of Commerce, the Holley Business Association and the Spencerport Area Chamber of Commerce. This offer serves as a kind of reimbursement of member dues. If the dues are $25, a credit of $25 would be available. If the dues are $40, the credit would be $40 and so on. Westside News proudly dedicates this edition of the Hometown Community Directory to the many first respondersboth paid and volunteer – for all they do to serve our communities every day, and the unbelieveable staffs at the area’s health care facilities.

Every time a first responder or staff member at a health care facility during this pandemic, dons their uniform to respond to the next challenge where lives are at risk, they do so heroically. Adding to the danger, has been that caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. The heroism of this group of people has been nothing short of medal-worthy. Such heroism in the thick of battle would earn them high honors, whether the Silver Star or Distinguished Service Cross. The enemy in those battles was visible, while the enemy from COVID-19 is invisible and more deadly. Every person who has been impacted knows about the important role all of these great people play in every community.
