Water Billing - Meter Cards are mailed out in April, August and November. It is the homeowner’s responsibility to complete these cards every 3 months to ensure accurate water billing. These readings are both beneficial to you as the customer and to the Village of Hilton. Water bills are mailed out every 4 months; January, May and September.

The Village of Hilton no longer picks up televisions. There are several companies in the Monroe County area that will accept computers/TVs from residents. You can call the Village Office for a list of those companies. Ecopark is another option for your one stop drop off facility for expanded recycling options. They are located at 10 Avion Dr., Rochester, NY 14624 or you can visit them online at ecoparkmcny.com
