THe Ghost Light Guiding your way

Happy New Year! This is the premier issue of our official quarterly newsletter The Ghost Light. The name is significant because as service experts our light always shines bright to guide our patrons to a world class theater experience. It’s our means of communicating important information to you and will feature everything from staff updates, awards, and new policies to any personal news and announcements that you would like to share with the group. There was so much to be thankful for in 2010. I would like to thank you for a wonderful inaugural year celebration. We enjoyed seeing everyone dressed up and walking the red carpet. The photobooth was a hit and we’ll share some more of those photos with you soon. We spread some cheer with pizza, desserts and holiday spirit on movie night in December. We were happy to award our prize winners with a selection of complimentary shows, gift cards to premier restaurants, posters or Rock of Ages CDs. We know that year two at The Center will be a wonderful experience in patron service. As you all know, our house team has been everywhere from Austin, Texas to Kansas City touring and researching to make sure that our volunteer and staff experience is the best in the country! And, guess what? It is. We’re really proud of our team and are ready to implement our new ideas, focus and policies. Photos from our travel adventures and our celebrations are on the AT&T Volunteers Facebook page.
