In partnership with the California Wine Institute, Arts Umbrella has been the proud host of intimate wine tasting evenings for the past 13 years. This year we are proud to feature extraordinary wines from California’s esteemed Sonoma County at both a tasting and Winemakers’ Dinner. As always, the tasting offers an elegant ballroom setting where guests can meet more than 20 vintners, find their new favourite wine and bid on rare wine auction packages. The Winemakers’ Dinner offers a more intimate evening where guests and winemakers mingle and share their love of wine alongside an expertly paired fine dining experience. These popular events sell out every year. Wine Arts 2012 offers an excellent opportunity to profile your company to a targeted, influential and select group from the corporate community. Wine Arts is an established and popular wine event, it’s also known as a prime client hosting opportunity. Corporate sponsors have found Wine Arts to be a means of entertaining their clients while also demonstrating their philanthropic support in our community. Sponsorship Opportunities

Tasting Co-Presenter Investment: $7,500

As a Co-Presenting Sponsor of the Wine Arts Tasting you will have the unique opportunity to host up to 20 guests at a VIP reception before the public tasting where you will experience top wines and get a behind the scenes introduction to Wine Arts.

Key Benefits: All-inclusive VIP Reception for 20 guests, VIP entry at the public tasting, two complimentary tickets to the Winemakers’ Dinner, tier one logo placement on all event collateral, PLUS a custom evite designed specifically for your VIP reception.

Winemakers’ Dinner Investment: $5,000

Sponsoring the Winemakers’ Dinner provides several high-profile marketing benefits, and allows you to impress your hosted guests at this intimate event, always featuring multiple wineries in a beautiful setting.

Key Benefits: Six complimentary tickets to Wine Arts tasting including VIP entry, eight complimentary tickets to Winemakers’ Dinner (one table), including the option to speak at dinner, tier one logo placement on all event collateral PLUS special logo placement on tables and signage.

Automobile Investment: $5,000

Becoming the exclusive Automobile Sponsor of Wine Arts 2012 allows you to profile your cars in a luxurious and sophisticated setting. With multiple vehicle activations at the event venue either on a public concourse, in a ballroom foyer, or streetside at the Winemakers’ Dinner (depending on venue), you will be front and centre as 300+ guests mingle and taste.

Hors D’Oeuvre Investment: $2,500

What is a wine tasting without premium snacks for guests to enjoy? Becoming the Hors D’Oeuvre Sponsor gives your brand most prominent logo placement on signage on the hors d’oeuvre display at the tasting and on any passed hors d’oeuvre trays.

Wine Glass Investment: $2,000

The focus of Wine Arts is the magnificent wines that guests experience at the event. Have your brand share that focus as guests see your logo on branded wine glass identifiers on 500 wine glasses.

Key Benefits: Four complimentary tickets to Wine Arts tasting including VIP entry, branded wine glass identifiers on 500 wine glasses at the event, tier two logo recognition on all event collateral.

Coat Check Investment: $1000

We are pleased to offer this new sponsorship option which will allow you to have prominent logo placement on Coat Check signage as well as the opportunity to have guests discover a branded gift in their coat pocket at the end of the evening.
