Our two well equipped spaces offer everything your organization needs to gather in an atmosphere of comfort and productivity. The Boardroom and the Devall Room may be used separately or paired for a larger meeting space.
But it’s not strictly business with us. Our facilities work just as well for weddings, reunions or other celebrations. With adaptable spaces and comfortable seating, we’re an attractive venue for any event.
THE DEVALL ROOM
At 1,800 square feet, this space is ideal for larger meetings and receptions. The Devall Room can host 120 seated guests (theater style) or more than 200 standing. State of the art audio-visual systems including multiple monitors make presentations easy to view from anywhere in the room. Webcams and microphones are easily accessible throughout, making the Devall Room an excellent location for video conferencing.
Available for use and included with rental of the Devall Room are:

THE BOARDROOM
The Boardroom seats 22 at an executive-style table, with additional seating available along the walls. As in the Devall Room, the 580 square-foot Boardroom features cutting-edge audio and visual systems developed specifically for the space.
The Boardroom and the Devall Room may be reserved individually or in combination. In addition, the lobby, and a covered outdoor patio may be incorporated for receptions with more than 200 guests.

Event spaces are available Monday through Friday. Alternative pricing and hours may be available on Saturdays, Sundays, and Home Football Weekends.

GETTING STARTED
1. Reach out to our events director, using the contact form on our website or directly by email: 540atp@auburn.edu. Share the date and type of event, and number of attendees expected.
2. Our events director will connect with you to gather details about your planned event and will prepare a proposal for you that will include your contract for the space.
3. Review, finalize and return your signed contract along with a 50% deposit to the events director. Once your signed contract is returned and your deposit is paid, your space is officially reserved.
4. Plan your event. Dive into the details with our events director to make sure all your needs are met, from audio-visual to catering.
5. Finalize your head count and any last-minute details one week prior to your event.
6. Enjoy your function!
7. Your final invoice from 540 at The Park will arrive within 30 days of your event.
DETAILS AND ADDITIONAL FEES
• Spaces must be reserved a minimum of 14 days prior to your event.
• 540 at The Park reserves the right to retain the 25% of the contract amount for cancellations less than 5 days from the date of the event. For cancellations less than 48 hours before the event, 540 at The Park reserves the right to assess a fee equal to 50% of the total invoice amount of the rental contract. For cancellations within 24 hours of the event, 540 at The Park reserves the right to assess a fee equal to the total invoice amount of the rental contract. Cancellations must be provided in writing or by email to events director.
• Clients may incur a “flip fee” if significant changes to room set ups occur during an event.
• Use of audio-visual equipment is included in package pricing. For additional equipment and /or advanced technical support, please contact Auburn AV at (334) 821-2701.
• Parking is free and available on a first come, first serve basis.
CATERING INFORMATION
Preferred catering for 540 at The Park is provided by our café partner, Corner Office. Located onsite and immediately adjacent to the Boardroom and Devall Room, Corner Office is poised to provide outstanding food and beverage service for your event.
