Proposal: Describe your proposal for the parcel. I am suggesting a site for indoor recreational activities, a bowling alley, game rooms, and a restaurant. What factors led to your proposal? I asked shoppers, a family at the Walmart Next door to the site if they had any suggestions for the site or the neighborhood. I also asked a resident in the neighboring Estancia Community if he had a suggestion for the site. What are the advantages and disadvantages of the site I asked shoppers, a family at the Walmart Next door to the site if they had any suggestions for the site or the neighborhood. I also asked a resident in the neighboring Estancia Community if he had a suggestion for the site.
