HEALTH AND SAFETY MEASURES

• Stay home if you have symptoms or are sick.

• Only staff feeling healthy will be permitted to work.

• Continue to lower the risk by frequently washing your hands or using hand sanitizer.

• All other facility policies prior to closure also remain in effect.

Failure to follow rules or staff instructions will result in loss of facility use privileges.

• Tri-County Health Department (TCHD) has issued a public health order requiring masking in all public indoor spaces in Adams and Arapahoe counties For those individuals age 2 or older including fully-vaccinated individuals.

• It is recommended when possible to maintain six feet of separation from other guests and staff when possible.

• Please help keep our facilities safe by using the provided disinfecting wipes on fitness equipment after each use.

• Where additional social distancing measures are needed (i.e. entry & front desk) floor markers will be present to assist in 6-foot distancing.

• Reminders, guidelines & announcements regarding new health & safety precautions, expectations & requirements will be visible & made throughout the facility.

Make yourself a sparkly accessory or a thoughtful gift. Once you learn the technique you can vary the bead spacing, mix up the colors, add a button detail and wear them in multiples. ACAA AARP TAX-AID PROGRAM

The AARP Tax-Aide program will not be available out of the Aurora Center for Active Adults for Spring of 2022. We appreciate your patience as we navigate the challenges that the Covid-19 pandemic has brought regarding the operations of this specific program. We aim to bring this program back to our center in Spring of 2023. Please check back at that time for updated information.

THE BUTTERFLY PAVILION The Butterfly Pavilion is located in Westminster, Colorado. It opened on July 1, 1995 and was the first stand-alone nonprofit insect zoo in the United States. The city of Aurora offers a continuous preschool program during the school year (Aug.-May) for children ages 2 ½-5 years old. Must be potty trained for child only classes. Our Preschool Programs focus on kindergarten readiness, self-help and language skills as well as social emotional and motor development.
