No swimming required. • Mon.-Fri., 8-9 a.m. • Mon., 5:30-6:30 p.m. ARTHRITIS AQUA FITNESS Ages 18 & older Keep your joints heathy and your body in motion. • Mon.-Fri., 9:15-10:15 a.m. • Mon./Wed./Fri., 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. AQUA CARDIO SPLASH Focus on movement and cardiovascular fitness. Come join us to increase stamina, muscular endurance and cardiovascular fitness. • Wed., 5:30-6:30 p.m. AQUA DEEP WATER Ages 18 & older Low impact, high intensity aqua fitness with a focus on cardio and abs. Ability to swim is required. • Fri., 5:30-6:30 p.m.
