EXECUTIVE SUMMARY During the event, everything is costed per-person per day. The costs have been converted into hours within the ‘During Event’ Section of this document.

1 Day is equivalent to 6.5 hours per person. For example if we had three members of the team at the event, you would have 19.5 hours a day to use. These hours will be divided up to each team member depending on their skill set. An example of the skill sets and hour breakdowns are presented on the next slide.

This team member is dedicated to capturing filmed and still content during the event. You can use this member to capture event footage, product footage and interviews footage, or event and product stills.

The designer will be on stand to edit and produce visual content ready for the marketer to use live at the event. The designer will also have video editing experience to produce quick, short videos at the event if required.

The marketer is on hand to produce live content throughout the show, including social media, email, press releases and blogs on demand.

The event director is in charge of liaising and ensuring that the team are as productive as possible and work with you to generate content ideas during the show as well as assisting all other team members where required.

A camera man’s day consists of 6.5 work hours. An agenda must be agreed between both parties preevent and is usually sorted into hour blocks to allow for set-up time.

INTERVIEWS Interviews are a critical way to build relationships and credibility with your online users. Firstly you get the opportunity to showcase your brand and offering with users. LIVE VIDEO STREAMING Videos on social media are proven to attract the greatest of audiences and are unbeatable in terms of reach. Live social media content allows your network to follow event proceedings and reach new prospects, allowing you to extend the physical barriers of your exhibition stand to the limitless barriers of the internet. They can also be a tremendous source of lead generation for your landing pages and post event. Live-streaming isn’t just useful for engaging the audience that couldn’t attend, it also enables attendees to take in more of the event without having to be in two places at once. They can have lunch while engaging with your seminar or product launch, for example. And you can add to the exhibition experience for your streaming audience by taking them on a guided tour, offering them a glimpse behind the scenes and giving them an opportunity to interact with you and make requests to see specific items.
