AURORA’S PLATINUM LEAD QUALITY CHECK LIST Block calls and set up campaign Summary of Blocked Calls: • Make sure frequently scored leads are blocked • Set up the campaign on the phone system • Assign extensions to campaign • Assign local numbers to extensions Call Recordings for You We are able to supply you with call recordings on request* where vendors do not have access. This way you can be sure there is no way the recordings have been tampered with. *depending on the campaign criteria and specification agreed.


VALIDATE RECORDINGS Voicemail to Recording Match: We are able to match the voice of the customer with the voicemail recording to check if they are the same prospect. This allows us to check for when someone else picks up the phone, or fake call recordings.

Centralised Recording Software: Another way to ensure no vendor can edit the call recordings is by using our cloud based centralised recording solution where our QC team extras the recordings from.

Re-Verifying Contact and Company Information: We verify company information as well as phone numbers and prospects profiles over the web before we pass on the lead.

Forensic Software: We also use forensic software to make sure the recording hasn’t been tampered with.


CHECK THE CALLS FOR ACCURACY When listening to the calls we check the following points: • • • • • • •
