• Aurora team pull together quotes and timelines for project. • Timelines and quote sent to Managing Director for sign off before sending onto client. • Client Signs of timeline and quotes. • Studio Manager schedules work with the team.

DIRECTORS

• Aurora team work on the project as per briefed. • Once work completed, work is checked by Studio Manager to ensure all requirements have been met. • Internal amend cycle occurs if anything has been missed or needs to be changed. • Once internal amends made the first draft is sent to the client for

feedback. • Client amends received by Studio Manager with feedback on designs. • Amends cycle continues until client is happy and signs off the work. • Once signed off the Studio Manager will ensure the client is then sent the correct output file.

OUR PROCESS

We use the unique Agile Sprint method whenever we work to ensure that the final product always fits our partners’ wants and needs. When we create branding and graphics, we follow the four stages of the Agile Sprint method.

Stage 1: Research

Stage 2: Design

Stage 3: Develop

Stage 4: Deploy

We research our partners needs to understand what their goal is and what they would like to achieve.

The research is taken and used to define concrete ideas and concepts, which are then mocked up/first stage built. We will then show these to you for feedback before moving on to the next stage.

The concepts are then developed into working tools and creations. In this sprint these are not just mock ups and concepts but actual working prototypes.

These prototypes are then deployed and tested by both you as our partner and live users. All critiques, information and feedback can be passed onto our research team and ready for the next iteration.
