“I think Mrs Eaves was a mix of just enough tradiion wih an updated wis. It’s familiar enough to be riendly, yet diferent enough to be interesing. Due to is relatively wide proportions, as compared wih the

Hisory
Mrs Eaves was designed by Zuzana Licko in 1996. `e ypeface was her very firs axempt to the design of a tradiional ypeface. `e ypeface is a contemporary revival of the famous transiional serif ypeface designed
by John Baskerville in 1757. Licko’s revival is less academic than other revivals, basing many details on the contemporary ways of reproducion, as well resoring the feling of the lexerpress delicate unpredicabiliy.
