Graduate at the Higher National School of Paris Valde-Seine. Having pursued for three years the ALTO teaching area taught by Atelier Uno architects, I want to learn about urban planning and ecological construction. I’m currently seeking internships abroad to get a concrete approach to my future career.

A UNIFYING COMMON SPACE SCHOOL OF ARCHITECTURE
01
The design process was unusual for this project. We started by creating an abstract empty volume. This shape grew, allowing the building to express itself on the inside and making shared space visible from any position. The empty volume is designed to enable natural light input and a foreseeable architectural path. The main idea was to use opaque elements, like an auditorium and serving bands, to catch and guide natural light along the day. As a next-generation school, it was a concern to allow any visitor to come and wander around the school, from the street to the roof. The aim was to popularise architecture and make it interesting to any passer-by and drive them to break through the threshold. Besides, the project is set up in a Parisian rail depot, which was necessary to preserve as much as possible. We had to merge two different styles and structures into one, enriching the Parisian urban fabric.

INSCRIBED URBAN FIGURE HOUSING AND CULTURAL COMPLEX
There is my license’s final project, which I realised in pair for the first time in my study course. We had to transform a 2km² area in the Parisian suburbs, previously occupied by parking and cars dealers. Our housing project is set up along a main historic axis: Pantin’s mills’. It was a way to warrant our project around a settled historical subject. We organised the buildings centred around a great park and three squares, that favours thresholds, views and routes. This turns between filled and inhabited space was a pattern we already knew in Paris. I decided to create a tower facing the mills, leading people and landmarking the area.
For this building, I designed half-level
apartments which enable two distinct views on the outside, while being at any level. Then, I put a complex made up of bi-laminar rows of low-rise buildings. The bi-laminar blueprint allows the building to have inner daylight and privacy, hence I managed to give any room a natural light input. During the final phase, I went into detail and chose raw industrial materials like brick, steel and concrete, bringing a historic atmosphere back to the neighbourhood.

This housing project is located on a hypothetical corner plot in Paris. It includes ten housing units, from four-bedroom apartments to efficiencies. The main sides are facing north whereas the recess is facing a park in the

south, thus limiting the light input. I decided to create a gap - in blue above - to bring in natural light thoroughly as well as great common spaces. This opening is extended outside by a walkway along with the trees. Units are designed from the same type but yet are all unique taking account of the function, need for privacy, and lighting. The unit template consists of setting the rooms up to around a central wet room core, freeing up the space and easily dividing the living area from the bedrooms. The corner

design was a key step to succeed in linking the crossroads. There, I chose to make it thick and dynamic, relating and gathering the base and the roof terrace. The folded stripe also gives privacy to the exhibited corner, while the off the hook volume enables a discreet Parisian streets outlook.

HANDMADE RENDERING FOR GRADUATED STUDENTS
04
As you may have noticed, I love putting projects into perspective using different styles. In July I helped two students with their master degree project. The first one, above, is a swimming pool and hostel complex, and the second one (left and right) is an outdoor art centre. Both are located in Firmini in France. For the first one, I had a white model template, where I added texture on photoshop and sketched myself the light and darkness with a pencil. For the second one, the spaces were more simple and I decided to draw it, adding texture and light a second time. I enjoyed doing these renderings because they taught me how to represent light and darkness on different materials while being consilient, attentive and understanding.
