Joshua A. Nichols, CAS Changed Companies I chose Guardian for a few reasons. The role specifically is something that directly suits my skill set and the things I truly love doing on a day-to-day basis. The opportunity to learn from Preston Sams and Kyle Smith was appealing, and I always want to be able to continue learning. Many of my clients wanted me to be in a position to help them Nationally and not just in Texas. Guardian supports servant leadership which will allow me to continue public speaking. Guardian is very supportive and active with the association across their national footprint. The shield in the Guardian logo is meant to represent a shield to protect the families of the people who work for guardian........and I don’t care who you are, that is pretty cool.
