Community Corner At 7th & F Streets in Grants Pass In 2003, Beverly Lorr, a customer of Roe Motors GM, bought a new car. Her 2nd husband had just passed away from a heart attack (the first husband died of cancer) and she was in grief. After the delivery, I sent her some small books during the next year on grieving to stay in touch and let her know we cared. She was very appreciative and talked about how much they helped her. Beverly had seen our dog, Franklin, and wanted one just like him to keep her company. She selected Bonnie and she went everywhere with Beverly. Beverly purchased another new Cadillac and she always brought Bonnie with her on service visits to see us.

Franklin and Abby, our other two dogs.

Since then, I have taken Bonnie to

obedience classes and she has been regis

tered with Delta Society as a therapy dog.

Bonnie and I visit our local hospital and an
