The Pointy Pencil Tutoring and Learning Center Opens in Downtown Avalon Park

Avalon Park Group announced that The Pointy Pencil has leased 430 square feet of office space at 13000 Avalon Lake Drive Suite 302, Orlando, FL 32828, in the heart of Downtown Avalon Park and it opened March 22, 2021.

Candace and Rodney Jackson, owners and tutors of The Pointy Pencil, are excited to expand their business to the Avalon Park community after being introduced to the number of students residing in the area. The Pointy Pencil intends on partnering with local schools to increase their ability to serve the community. This company is created by teachers and provides personalized services to each student’s needs.

“As an educator, I know that supplemental learning services are essential in an area with such a vast amount of educational locations; we knew that Avalon Park would be the perfect location to expand our business,” said Candace Jackson. “I cannot wait to meet the amazing students in this area.”

The Pointy Pencil is a full-service tutoring and learning center, offering K-12 help in all subjects as well as testing. Beginning phonics, reading comprehension, all levels of mathematics, ACT/SAT test prep, bilingual services, special needs services, and many more are available at The Pointy Pencil. They offer in-person, online, athome 1-to-1 Tutoring, Home School Support, Standardized Test Prep, and Summer Learning Programs.
