The Chinese outbound market is growing at a phenomenal rate. In 2008, Chinese tourists made 45.8 million outbound trips, up 11.9 % from 2007. As the Chinese economy continues to grow (up 9% in 2008) and private incomes increase, travelling abroad is now becoming a regular part of Chinese life. The World Tourism Organisation predicts that China will be the 4th largest source of outbound tourists by 2020 with a predicted 100 million

CHINESE TOURISTS WELCOMING AWARDS The CTW (Chinese Tourists Welcoming Award), with the patronage of UNWTO, has been recognised in China and the rest of the world as the most important quality sign for the growing international Chinese inbound market.
