CAT EYELINER FOR HOODED EYES

DO YOU STRUGGLE TO GET that perfect cat eye liner because you have hooded eyes? That is no longer a problem. I have found a way to give you this look without having the muddy aftermath! This will give you the sexy cat eye look without the hassle! You can make this look fun by using different colored eyeliners!

You want to start with a thin line across the lash line and bring the line out as you normally would when doing your cat eye. Step two, instead of closing and filling in the liner, stop the liner where your eye begins to crease. This gives you a cool graphic eye liner look when your eyes are closed and the sexy cat eye when your eyes are open! I recommend using a velvet tip eyeliner or better known as the pen eyeliner. This gives you complete control when creating this look. My favorite to use right now is the Glossier pro tip eyeliner in black.
