Oftentimes, we hide our emotions and rule them as “bad” or “wrong” especially if we are not feeling good, what if I were to tell you that your truth is your beauty and that you are not expected to feel good every moment of every day... What if I gave you permission to just be?! Just be who you are without apology or shame. Wear your energy with confidence and create mindfulness as to how it interacts with others. Notice what feels received, loved, and supported unconditionally.
Honor yourself, have compassion for how you feel, and listen to what comes through you when experiencing those emotions. “Feels” are not right or wrong they just are and they can change from moment to moment.
