Evolving LCCs call for more flexible HR solutions With fuel prices accounting for up to 30% of airlines’ operating costs, the carriers are still struggling to remain profitable. Responding to such changes, MRO-related HR strategies should evolve accordingly.Read more >

Introduction into service: preparing for the inevitable Continued high fuel costs, historically low interest rates and a drive to reduce costs while increasing profits have led to an unprecedented demand for more efficient and reliable aircraft. Thus, as the world’s fleet incorporates younger aircraft with new technologies and materials, the civil aftermarket needs to adapt accordingly.Read more >
