■ Be flexible: Walk, stretch, just don’t be seated every time ■ Eat healthy: Ditch the fast food and opt for the healthier version ■ Measure your portion: Eat for energy at small proportion, don’t eat just to fill stomach ■ Physical Activities: Do exercises, jogging, get into sports, ■ Sweet enough: Choose plain water over the carbonated drink and restrict your sugar intake as minimum as possible.
