On The Fringe Arts Festival opens at new Hua Hin complex
hua hin, thailand For several months last year there has been speculation about a big black structure that had been erected south of the town, with suggestions ranging from a nuclear fallout shelter to a narcotics factory to a terrorist detention centre. None of these are even close to what it really is, a new and exciting addition to the cultural offerings available to residents and visitors to Hua Hin. It is called ‘Vic Hua Hin’ and is the latest development by the world famous Patravadi Theatre, which originated on the banks of the Chao Praya river in Bangkok, but has spread arts and culture across Thailand and the world. The lady behind all of this is Patravadi Mejudhon, who inherited the 5-hectare plot Vic is built on from her mother and has transformed the deserted land in Hua Na village into a one-of-a-kind

This is the tenth Lin’s local weather year of the festival and the Vic will probably be its permanent home.
