EXISTENCES. What make a culture unique are its architecture and clothing traditions. Jorge Ayala Paris insists on the fundamental difference behind fashion, indumentary garments and clothing design. To that extend, I don’t want to be perceived as a fashion designer, rather, as an Architect designing clothes.
On my work I always seek to distract post-catastrophe society’s hysteria by gathering different kind of intelligences within a same scheme, proposing different mediums of perception of our daily basis cultural fields such as fashion or retail and obviously architecture. The main catalyser to this unconventional position is to question the role of architects in today’s society.
