Welcome
“We want to provide quality experiences whilst achieving a better brand
Welcome One of our major focus area is to provide quality experiences to our stakeholders. Quarter three was a period for us to deliver on our vision of raising our standards through providing quality experience despite any challenges we might be facing. And this is a big leap for us especially during such an instable period. During quarter three, we had community projects that impacted not only children, old people, market people but more importantly over 90 students in our university who became promoters for AIESEC. This is a way of providing quality experiences, but also developing our brand. We saw growth in our team experiences during quarter three and this is not about the numbers alone, but also about the life changing experiences we want people to go through. For us as we look forward into quarter four, we want to translate this growth in team experiences, into growth in our exchange experience provided. And we have accepted this challenge and come up with initiatives to make this happen. So, do go through the various reports from the various functional areas and feel free to contact us for any feedback or clarification. Thanks
Yours AIESECly, AYOOLA Josephus Ajibola, President, AIESEC IFE, 2013-2014. Josephus.ayoola@aiesec.net

Talent Management
Talent Management These were the major event in the talent management functional area for quarter two; July
Allocation of members to teams: Since we just recruited new members, we had to allocate them to different team based on their interests and strengths.
August
LC handbook: One of the major challenges the LC has always had is member’s knowledge retention capability, and in order to grow this we initiated a project on working towards creating an LC handbook which will contain more about the LC, AIESEC; its operations and its purpose. This book would be reviewed yearly.
TM training: Members were trained on TM processes. This was specifically for TM members and any other interested member.
Planning for second recruitment: TM started working on a plan to recruit members in Quarter 4 for TMP and oGCDP programs.
September
Location work Ife, Ibadan & Lagos: Due to the current days long strike that is happening in the country, which is affecting the operations of the LC. So we had a mini virtual meeting with the LC and our LC coach involved, so we decided to allocate members in the LC to work according to their location of residence whereby an EB member serves as the team leader in this various locations. NOTE: As at the end of quarter 3, we already achieved our TLP goal for 2013 which is 59 TLP. Which is 268% growth over year 2012-2013.
By the end of quarter 3, we realized; TMP-229, TLP-63

oGCDP & oGIP
oGCDP & oGIP Quarter three was a very challenging period for the team. Unstable academic calendar limited the raising of EPs. AIESEC IFE unit in Akure was also meant to hold an exchange promotion event but was also scrapped due to the strike which commenced a week before the planned event. The OGX team managed to raise two EPs. There were 2GCDP and 1GIP EP realizations.
