Folk Music breathes ‘Fresh Ayr’ into Ayrshire this August
Fresh Ayr Folk Fest, the brand-new folk festival taking place in Ayr’s Rozelle Park between 11 – 13 August 2023, has announced an array of incredible artists, guaranteeing a weekend of amazing live entertainment.
It is shaping up to be wonderful three days with more than 25 artists featuring on the line-up of world-class entertainment in the folk, world and roots genres.

The event will also offer a host of family entertainment, with art and craft stalls as well as creative, woodland and circus workshops. For keen learners there will be music workshops, with health and wellbeing sessions and evening ceilidhs on offer.
For those looking to camp, there will be plenty of pitches to choose from in the beautiful surroundings of Rozelle Park.
Artisan food and drink vendors will be on site, offering a range of delicious options to keep everyone fuelled up and refreshed across the weekend.
International festival favourites and multiple award winners are already confirmed on the bill including Blazin’ Fiddles, Talisk and Mànran, as well as Ayrshire’s very own award winners Alistair McCulloch Trio, Maggie MacInnes and the Lauren Collier Band.
