INTRODUCTION
Isn't life such a strange and yet beautiful fusion of contrasts? We believe so. Being human is a forever--changing mecca of ups and downs, of good and bad, of peaks and valleys. Like a constant change of emotional dimensions, proportions and dissimilarities. With our new AW20 collection, we wanted to celebrate exactly this; honour the beauty of life’s inevitable dynamics — because it is within the ever changing, the particular arises. The grace of dynamics has therefore been a key vision designing our new collection, as we wanted to embrace the theatrical, the dramatic and the up-- and downscaled, to accentuate the contrasts of life. Approaching the creation of our new AW20 collection, we therefore looked at our entire AYTM collection and asked ourselves if there was more proportions and enhancements to bring out in each product. And it turned out there actually was more potential to bring out in some of our designs — and we are now happy to welcome our CIRCUM mirror, FLORES rug and GLOBE vase in new sizes.
With the launch of our AW20 collection, we furthermore welcome three completely new products to the AYTM family; the ARURA vases, the ARCUS mirrors and the ANGUI wardrobe mirror. The Arura vases are a prime example of the eccentric design that comes from playing around with dimensions. They are beyond cool and we are so thrilled for you to see them. The Arcus mirrors are at first glance simple in appearance, but become so endlessly lively as they bring a new dimension to any room. Additionally, we are delighted to welcome the Angui wardrobe mirror, which is a prime example of what can happen when functional meets beautiful. We hope you will come to love this collection as much as we do — and we wish our emphasizing of dramatique & proportions will make you appreciate life's inevitable contrasts a little more. Without the lows, no high. Life is what happens both within the bigger picture and in the smallest detail.
Their design is still inevitably recognizable, but each product's usage has changed with the resizing and it is very inspiring to see well-known design with a new look. And speaking of new looks; our entire ANGUI seating collection has now got a new, stylish attire, which takes the design to new heights.

CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY AYTM is a part of the company Gran Living, which has years of experience in interior and furniture design. Gran Living design, buy and distribute all our products and we are aware of the impact that process has, both on our planet - and on the people involved with our business. We consider it a great responsibility to minimize that environmental impact & we are taking a number of steps to do so.

CSR MANAGEMENT GOOD WINGS
Our work often involves quite a bit of travel. When we do so, all our hotel rooms are booked through Goodwings. Every time a hotel booking is made through their website, they set aside a percentage of the cost for charity. At the end of each year the total amount is donated to a charity of our choice
GOOD WEAVE
All of our rugs are Goodweave certified. This nonprofit organization aims to improve working conditions for the people in the rug industry. The Goodweave label ensures that no child or forced labour was used in the production process. AYTM also supports educational programs for children and decent working conditions for adults. Goodweave makes unannounced inspections of facilities to ensure they comply with their standards. Each Goodweave label has a unique ID code that can be traced back to the certified producer – so each rug is made under fair conditions.
GLOBAL COMPACT
Committing to the UN Global Compact means we are obligated to actively work towards complying with the Compact’s 10 principles. Those include; human rights, labour rights, environmental rights and anti-corruption. Our CSR manager does due diligence on all suppliers and partners to ensure they comply with the guidelines. In 2017 we also partnered with Green Network, who have developed a system for monitoring our supply chain in the areas involving the UN Global compact. This has resulted in extended screening of existing suppliers and a revision of our supplier code of conduct requirements.

To ensure the continued focus on our corporate social responsibilities, we have instated a fulltime employee to do the task. Our CSR manager is dedicated to finding solutions, suppliers and partners that are as dedicated as we are to responsible and sustainable production methods. At the same time, we are fully aware that we can start by being more socially responsible ourselves, so we limit our printing and the use of paper as much as possible — in the past 2 years, printing has been drastically reduced. When possible, we bike or travel with public transport and we make sure to carefully sort our waste. It is our intention to rigorously continue our CSR work and find more areas where we can improve in the future. We wish to leave the planet in good condition for future generations and we want to ensure that all living beings are treated with respect and kindness.
