The Cloud on Macleod - Residence tower expressed as a 9-storey vertical shaft engages the city on an
urban scale. The gateway elements create a diverse, active and pedestrian-oriented public space defined
by built form. The landscape elements create a semi-public realm. The development is 135,000 SF and the
main floor consists of prime retail.
