THINGS TO KNOW: The largest hot-air balloon business in the Southwest offers sunrise, sunset and private balloon rides. Their sunrise balloon rides are offered year round and sunset balloon rides are offered November-March, all conclude with a post-flight breakfast with prickly pear cactus mimosas and local treats and a flight certificate.
