FRANCO’S ITALIAN CAFFE
Things to Know:
Franco’s is the creation of Tuscan-born Franco Fazzouli, who had started three popular Italian restaurants in Phoenix, beginning in the 1980s, before leaving the Valley in 2006 to follow his daughters to New York, where they were studying ballet. While in Manhattan, he opened a wellreceived Italian restaurant in Greenwich Village. Luckily for Arizona diners, Franco came back and is more creative and innovative than ever. Franco’s delivers the perfect blend of traditional and progressive homemade pastas in delicious combinations.
Don’t Miss:
The menu showcases a variety of classic Italian dishes, including Filet Mignon All’Arrabiata, Bistecca Florentina, Chicken Contadina and Pasta Erbe Aromatiche, which are complemented by a comprehensive wine list that features Italian and West Coast reds, whites and bubbles.
