Nature-Inspired Edgewood Residences at SkySanctuary

dgewood Residences, which will have 960 units in two 42-storey blocks, is a “lifestyle” condominium project located at the nature-inspired township with a three-acre park called SkySanctuary, located in the Setapak suburb of Kuala Lumpur. The project, with a gross development value of RM508 million, may be leasehold but it has the advantage of having a residential land title, unlike most other projects which are serviced apartments with commercial titles. A residential title often translates to lower utility bills, lower quit rent and lower assessment fees. When the project’s Tower B was launched in May last year, its take-up rate was almost 90 per cent, despite the on-going COVID-19 pandemic. Encouraged by the good response, the developer, SkyWorld Development, released Tower A for booking at the start of this year. Edgewood Residences is expected to be completed by the third quarter of 2024. The project offers a comprehensive range of amenities, including a sky lounge, infinity pool, spa pool, sauna, reading room, a gym with full-glass walls overlooking the park, mini cinema, aerobics/yoga room, games room, a grand entrance at the guard house, and electric vehicle charging bays, among many others.
