University Wellness Centre is a one-stop centre for the students, lecturers and staff mainly for medical purpose. It is located near the soccer field, courts and hostels. The advantage of the site is the slope which make it interesting when it comes to design. The design approach of this project is to insert more communal space in a University such as gymnasium, open spaces/ courtyard, admin and special spaces which related to medical purposes.

Measured on malay tradisional house. Study on basic layout and zoning of malay architectural design.
The lot was abandon and demolished, leaving a gap between the two existing shop houses. The main design strategy is to reflect the social culture of the site and give a good impact to the local surrounding. The design approach is to propose a space for the local vintage bicycle user. From the perspective, there are many locals whom uses a bicycle in their daily activities for casual purposes.
