Well-designed eite-plan, attractive building design and efficient space programm are the proposed solutions for the challenges in this project SPecifically, this project is conducted to solve some issues, such as how to integrate the performace area and public space within the site with other facilities surround the site; how to order all the space programmes in the effective way with good circulation in one building; and also how to design an iconic building without avoid the local culture. Functionally, the masterplan consists of two buildings: performance building and public building. The performance building is designed to be an iconic building to attract people, with preserving the modern and private features. Meanwhile, the public building is for public/visitors, drowned to blend with the landscape and give a respect for the performance building as the main building. Within 5 ha area, more than 50% is allocated for landscape or open space. Cross-circulation concept ised in the site to make the site accessible and connected to the surrounding area. Moreover, The public building is alsodesigned with green roof concept.

The district centre, which includes its high street and Burnt Oak Underground Station, is the object of this project, since it is the hub and centre of local community activities in the ward. The high street consist of various commercial uses, but less than 90% are not occupied. The impact of revitalising the district centre is expected to influence other places in Burnt Oak Ward, both physically and social character. Six main aspects has been highlighted in the project site as the result of research (site & planning policy analysis, retail & market research and public consultation) to create new masterplan of Burnt Oak District Centre, including: - Riverside Revitalisation - Green Space Optimisation - High Street Improvement - New Retail Frontage - District Centre new Gateway - Underground Station Forecourt Improvement

Lippo Cikarang is a well-established township, located at the South of Cikarang City, this township relying on seven industrial estates and various facilities that makes the site is worthy to be called a selfreliant city. Recently, Lippo Cikarang is entering the next phase of development. After some residential clusters and commercial areas were built without strategic plan throughout the township, the developer has planned to create a sub Central Business District (CBD) to centralise the commercial and business facilities into one place. This sub-CBD will strengthen Lippo Cikarang roles in competing with the major development in eastern Jabodetabek. Trivium Lakeside Park is envisioned as one of Lippo Cikarang prestigious development with strong design values of lakefront development that capitalize the existing Lake Teratai. The development will set a new benchmark of lakefront spatial planning for Jabodetabek and intended as a new leisure and lifestyle destination in the region.
Trivium Lifestyle Center
Trivium Lakeside Park’s Conceptual Master Plan is created to response the existence of Lake Teratai as the development overriding structure. Every building massing and open space arrangement are planned to capitalize on the lake view where this part has the most valuable land. To take full advantage of the lake scenery, immediate uses by the lake are mainly residential uses and commercial with leisure activities.
Trivium Lakeside Park from South
In general, conceptual master plan of the Site follows two main objectives: 1) maximise efficiency of each part of the development, whilst 2) maintain positive open space. In more detail, conceptual master plan for each part of the Site is elaborate in the following which not include Trivium Terrace Apartment, Trivium Square, Driving Range and ex-Holiday Inn Hotel.
