MAY 2022
NEIGHBORHOOD UPDATE News and Updates from the Lakewood Village Homeowner's Association Board of Directors
Painting Commences To maintain the look and longevity of our exteriors, the Board has historically painted the community every 5-10 years. In 2020, the Board formed a Paint Committee to assist with this project. The Committee reviewed color options, selected a scheme, and painted two homes as a preview in 2021. Residents reviewed, commented, and provided input on these colors. A year-end survey received 68 responses, with 55% favorability. We thank everyone for their input and consideration to this process. In 2022, the Board reviewed bids ranging from $174,000 to $356,000 for this work and selected a contractor to complete the project. The project will take place between May 1st and July 31st (weather permitting). Separate details will be provided regarding color assignment and work schedule.
