Letter from the Director

Dear Babson Community,

As I reflect on my first full academic year at Babson College, I am filled with gratitude for my team's and the community's efforts that have driven our students' success This annual report provides a snapshot of our journey and achievements over the 2023-24 Academic Year.

This year, we continued to offer a wide range of programs, services, and resources to guide Babson students in pursuing their career goals. We brought back paused programs, including our New York Finance Trek, and launched new initiatives, such as the Professional Attire Program Our team of professionals, with deep experience in both industry and higher education, has been complemented by our Peer Career Ambassadors and Employer Advisory Board. Together, we are united in our vision: to help students launch fulfilling careers that integrate their identities and business education to foster sustainable economic and social value within a global community.

We are honored to report that 98 6% of our graduates from the Class of 2023 were employed, continuing their education, or involved in a voluntary, military, or service program. This remarkable achievement is a testament to the ambition and hard work of our students, as well as the comprehensive support provided by our team, which you will read about in the following pages. It reflects our mission to empower students to achieve their personal and professional goals

As we enter the new academic year, I am excited about the future possibilities that lie ahead. Thank you for your continued support and dedication to our shared mission.

With gratitude,
