Sharlotka Apple Pie

Ingredients:
5 Eggs 3 Granny Smith apples 1 tsp Vanilla 1 cup Flour
1 cup Sugar
Instructions:
1. Chop apples in squares. 2. Separate egg whites and yolks in two large bowls. 3. Mix yolks with sugar and set in fridge. 4. Mix whites until fluffy. 5. Add whites to yolks and mix in vanilla. 6. Mix in flour.
7. Add apples. 8. Pour in buttered pan and bake for 20 minutes at 380 degrees. SPECIAL NOTE: This is our family recipe for sharlotka. Every Russian family has their own.
